1. Eligibility Criteria:
Our affiliate program is open to social influencers and bartenders who meet the following criteria:
Social Influencers:
- Must have a substantial and engaged following on at least one major social media platform (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
- Content must align with our brand values and products.
- A minimum age of 18 years or older.
2. Application Process:
Interested individuals must submit an application through our designated affiliate program portal, providing the necessary information and documentation as required.
3. Approval Process:
- Applications will be reviewed by our affiliate program management team.
- Social influencers will be evaluated based on the size and engagement of their following, content quality, and alignment with our brand.
- Approval decisions are made at the sole discretion of HurtsAdelphia.
- Applicants will be notified of their acceptance or rejection via email.
4. Program Guidelines:
- All affiliates must comply with our affiliate program guidelines and policies, which will be provided upon acceptance into the program.
- Affiliates are expected to promote our products/services responsibly and in a manner that aligns with our brand values.
- Any violations of our guidelines may result in termination from the program.
5. Compensation:
- Affiliates will earn commissions on qualifying sales generated through their unique affiliate links or discount codes.
- Commissions will be paid according to the terms outlined in the affiliate agreement.
6. Termination of Affiliation:
HurtsAdelphia reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of program guidelines, inappropriate conduct, or any actions that may harm our brand or reputation.
7. Communication:
- Affiliates will receive program-related communications via email.
- Any changes to the program or its policies will be communicated to affiliates in a timely manner.
